Perinatal Community Integration Model (PCIM) Program

A transformative 4-year project designed to improve health and birth outcomes for diverse pregnant and postpartum women in Central New Jersey. Our primary goal is to provide culturally and linguistically appropriate prenatal health education, doula services, case management, and mental health support to our community.

How Can PCIM Help?

  • Prenatal Health Education: Tailored to meet the diverse needs of our community, including additional in-house prenatal groups such as CUNA and Body & Soul.
  • Case Management and Mental Health Support: Personalized care to ensure the best possible outcomes, including collaborations with local mental health providers to assist perinatal support groups.
  • Pregnancy Testing: Available to ensure timely and accurate information for expectant individuals.
  • Access to Doulas: Providing continuous physical, emotional, and informational support before, during, and shortly after childbirth.
  • Other Perinatal Services: Comprehensive assistance to support the health and well-being of mothers and babies.
